The views from my suite were amazing.
The restaurant service was abysmal. My order was forgotten, and the staff seemed overwhelmed and untrained. To add insult to injury, appreciation gifts for two guests were disgraceful, just a tiny chocolate on one night and a bookmark to share the next. As friends sharing the room, this felt inconsiderate and frustrating.

Well-appointed and brand-new room with comfy beds, a mini-bar, an individual safe and coffee/tea making machines. Free parking on-site provided. Everything amazing. Stunning and excellent location just a short stroll away from a cloud forest. Found in a truly beautiful part of the town.

The place was fairly clean and special, had very very helpful staff with a staff member. The double room I stayed in was well-appointed and brand-new with balcony. The location was beautiful and lovely, at a short distance from a sprawling tropical forest. The hotel was in a such beautiful area, adjacent to Curicancha, Monteverde, and Santa Elena and Monteverde for the Eco touristic adventures.

The Peninsula room offers excellent views down the valley, showing off the surrounding wildlife and stretching all the way to the coast. Eco-friendly amenities like bamboo straws enhance the experience, and the on-site dining presents farm-to-table options that shine.
The access road leading to the hotel is a bit of a trek, and the barking dogs from neighboring properties can be a constant distraction. The a la carte breakfast menu leaves much to be desired with limited options and a price tag that feels high for what's offered, especially compared to other similar stays in the area.

The hotel is surrounded by fine nature, and we loved exploring the hanging bridges. The Jacuzzi was perfect after a day of hiking. It's also great to know the hotel has its own farm and offers free yoga each morning.
One downside was the restaurant service. We encountered some delays with our orders.
